Between April 2023 and September 2023, we will be coming along to your area/rohe to talk about the draft options for freshwater management. During this time we want to hear what your aspirations are for your local rivers, streams, lakes and wetlands, and what your think of the options. We need your feedback by the end of September so that we can consider it.
By the end of 2024 we will notify formal proposed changes to policies and rules. Everyone will be able to make a submission and be heard by a freshwater hearings panel.
